Kathleen Dahlberg CEO
Kathleen is an executive with 30+ years of experience leading technology divisions and initiatives that have delivered measurable improvements in profitability and customer service. She has consistently achieved these results in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies domestically and internationally spearheading change initiatives. Additionally she has focused on leading cross-functional and multi-supplier teams to define, design and deliver new technologies to transform business processes and results.
She has held such Vice-Presidential positions with BP Amoco, Viacom International, Grand Metropolitan and American Broadcasting. Additionally, she has been President of Galileo Group International Services. Kathleen currently sits on the boards of P. H. Glatfelter Company (GLT), NextGenData, Vmeals, and VSR Technologies. In addition Kathleen is a regular author and speaker on topics of business technology risk management, benefit realization and governance for profitability. Kathleen has a BS in Communications, and an MSM in Marketing and Finance.
Terry L. Carpenter, Jr. VP Product Management
Terry is an operations executive with 16+ years leading technology and operational units. He has led implementations of VoIP services and applications for call centers internationally, premier higher-educational institutions and enterprises. In addition to being an instructor in technology development and management, he has conducted research in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Natural Language Interfaces (NLI) at the Applied Science and Engineering Laboratory (ASEL) at the A.I Dupont Institute and the University of Delaware. He has published research in Schema-based Organization of Reusable Text in AAC: User-Interface Considerations. His has researched methods to increase communication rates and ease of access for Augmentative and Adaptive Communications (AAC) users. Terry has a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a M.S. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Delaware.
James A. Rothenberger CTO
James has for 18 years delivered mission critical software across a number of industries utilizing Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques. His knowledge spans numerous development environments, UNIX, Linux, and network system management and administration. As an architect James has delivered Web applications with significant database and transactional capabilities across platforms and high availability architectures.
James has developed Voice over IP (VoIP) components contributed to the open source community. In particular, his innovative solutions have addressed and solved problems around VoIP switch integration with external systems. James is an instructor teaching Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology, Object-Oriented Development, Systems Architecture, Network Security and other advanced technical courses. He has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology and a M.S. in Computer Science.
