Service Offerings
2Unify offers 3 different service levels to ensure attractive pricing that matches the functions needed by each group. SureTree provides all the base functions and will usually be appropriate for local teams and social organizations. 2Unify Basic provides the additional features needed by teams wanting additional controls of authentication and advanced message management for the coordinators. 2Unify Professional builds on the earlier feature sets and adds the ability to poll members for answers to question and hierarchical capabilities. Below is a more detailed description of each Service offering. (Note: There is a unique mix of functions that are available for the U.S. Government. Please contact 2Unfiy Customer Services Department to review these capabilities and contracts.)
SureTree is for teams who want to communicate with their members accurately and timely with privacy, speed and certainty. These groups do not need the advanced features such as polling. This service is offered at a very low cost based on your team’s size. There are no incremental costs for minutes of use or length of message. Set-up and storage costs are in the base flat rates per month. There are never any surprises for the team regarding costs for their service.
The pricing is monthly and discounts are offered for large groups and extended periods of commitment. Examples of SureTree users include football, tennis, and baseball teams, Cub Scouts, wrestling teams and soccer teams to name a few.
2Unify Basic is for teams that need all of SureTree’s capabilities of privacy, speed, certainty and additional capabilities for the coordinator to manage calls with advanced capabilities. This service level is most likely needed by more sophisticated groups, businesses or in higher "control" situations. This service’s advanced features include for example the ability to stage messages for future release (day and time) and delivering messages restricting delivery to one method to better control message sensitivity and provide auditability of receipt.
All of these features would be useful when preparing for business interruptions, disaster recoveries, alerts or communicating highly confidential/proprietary information to your team. Further, users include construction companies managing subcontractors, unions making managed call-backs for dispatch support, communications with disparate teams, and schools needing to ensure prepared messages are staged and ready for emergency situations.
The pricing approach matches all of the product offerings based on number of members to the group. This pricing is all inclusive and there are no additional service fees for minutes of use, data storage, reporting, set-up or emergency call out services.
2Unify Professional is used by teams that need all of the 2Unify Basic capabilities, and the ability to: ask questions inside a message (polling), get consolidated answers in real-time from the group’s members, demonstrate compliance of communications and authenticate receipt by each member, and provide for hierarchical message delivery and responses.
The capabilities unique to the Professional service is likely best for teams such as first responders, product recalls and project rollouts where the ability to poll for responses would be of particular value. For dispatch scheduling or compliance monitoring the same advanced services would benefit contracts, unions, and other ad hoc staffing requirements. Volunteer organization, universities with booster clubs, and conferences or other scheduled events are examples of groups that would profit by having an opportunity to contact customers with value added information and, using that same communication event, gather additional customer information.
