Challenges
Businesses certainly have many of the challenges faced by all other groups. But for businesses this list is perhaps unique:
- Business resumption, business continuance, pandemic readiness, or natural disasters and other interruption
- Special project rollouts/ product releases
- Launch of new territories and launching new products
- Product recalls or alerts
- Periodic updates and notices to extended team

Identity management systems may or may not allow the employee to manage their own contact information. If lists are collected from everyone, they are almost certainly inaccurate by the time they are entered into any phone tree or email lists that are maintained. Even if they are accurate, whenever any event occurs, things will certainly be different then!
Families and non-employees/contractors make up an integrally important part of a business’s ability to have their staff be available to support any recoveries. Almost no businesses have provided a way to reach these important members quickly, easily and safely across devices and allow for high degrees of flexibility.
The following is a sample set of challenges facing businesses when they need to know their messages are heard.

- The time savings for coordinators (leaders) is significant (in
many cases hours of effort) and the ability to be in control the
