  • Most users have started without needing any training. However, if you would like to have a more expert understanding, Flash Training is available for 2Unify subscribers.

  • Alerts and system-wide messages can be seen at the top of the home page for all subscribers.

  • There is also self-help available on the service’s various pages

  • If you have questions not answered in the Self-help instructions or the Flash Training you have two options:
  • General questions:
    • Send an email to the support center - support@2Unify.com Questions received between 7 AM and 7 PM will be answered in approximately 60 minutes. In your email you can request either a written answer or a direct call.
    • If there is a more urgent question, please call 484-334-8321. This number will be answered from 7AM to 7PM.

  • Coordinator urgent support:
    • Coordinators will be given a dedicated contact number to make 24x7 support calls.

  • Regular newsletters will also be available to all subscribers sharing best practices, tips and hints to enable you to continuously improve the service’s value to your team.
